Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
1. 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
After 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- E-liquids or nicotine shots (if the seal has been broken)
- Coils, pods, or cartridges once opened
- Drip tips or mouthpieces
- Items marked as non-returnable or clearance
If these products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos or a short video showing the issue.
After inspection, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund to your original payment method.
Hardware items such as vape kits, tanks, and batteries include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults only.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
4. How to Return an Item

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Please package your items securely.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days and applied to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you received free delivery, the actual delivery cost may be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first.
Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value that are in stock.
We’ll confirm availability before proceeding.
