Orders under £10 will be charged the standard Tracked 48 rate.

🕐 Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
📍 Delivery Areas & Restrictions
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, but some remote or offshore areas may have limited services or longer delivery times.
Postcode Delivery Exceptions (Royal Mail Unavailable)
In these areas, Royal Mail services are not available.
Orders to these postcodes will be shipped via DPD 2–3 Day Service at a £5.99 delivery charge.

🚫 Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you miss a delivery, Royal Mail or DPD will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Please note we cannot refund shipping charges for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
💨 Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
🧾 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days (Tracked 48) or 3 working days (Next Day / Tracked 24), please contact our team at sales@ukvapekings.com so we can investigate.
